    I was looking for a bouquet of flowers to surprise my mom on her birthday, and I had a very specific request. I needed it delivered to a restaurant between 4–6 PM (because the restaurant only opens at 4). I contacted so many florists around the Penang island, but none of them could commit to that timing. Finally, I reached out to this shop via WhatsApp, and to my surprise, they replied quickly and politely. They confirmed they could deliver exactly as I requested and not only that, they even coordinated with the restaurant staff to make sure the bouquet was received properly.

    At first, I expected the bouquet to be simple or small but when I saw it in person, it was big, fresh, and absolutely beautiful! I was so happy with it, and most importantly, my mom loved it 🥰
    I’m beyond satisfied with their service and quality, and I’ll definitely order from them again in the future. Highly recommended!
